Management of IT infrastructure services.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage the on-going technical support, maintenance and upgrade projects of IT infrastructure services to meet the business and operational needs, covering end-user computing devices (e.g. personal computers, mobile phones, tablets) and office automation (OA) tools.
• Manage the acquisition and installation of end-user computing devices and OA tools.
• Manage the acquisition and provision of outsourced helpdesk services to handle enquiry and technical support for users on issues related to use of end-user computing devices, OA tools and IT services.
• Manage the on-going support and maintenance for internal application systems.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
