Maintenance and support for various IT systems

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Work with outsourced contractors and infrastructure teams 
• Perform technical study, implementation, testing and support tasks 
• Provide technical and operational support, perform system administration work and handle user enquires 
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution 
• Provide on-call support for urgent system issues 
• Provide first line support or second line support on a roster basis 
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experienced in system administration and support 
• Good verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
• Experienced in web and mobile application development using technologies is an advantage
• Experienced in working with outsourced contractors is an advantage 
• Security vetting is required
