System Maintenance & Support of Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP); 
CMMP is a new platform built to replace current decentralised email system in order to enhance the ability in tackling the increasing cyber security risks, utilise computing resources optimally and increase operational efficiency.


 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Take part in analysis and design, implementation, and testing on system changes/enhancements of CMMP;
• Design, develop, maintain and support the customisation for the Email System of CMMP, including the Microsoft Exchange servers, web application servers (C#/.NET/IIS), and the CMMP Outlook plugins (C#/.NET/VSTO);
• Design, develop, maintain and support the customisation for the Mail Administration System of CMMP, including the Software Management Sub-system and Mailbox Migration Sub-system (in C#, ASP.NET, Javascript and Typescript).;
• Identify and resolve reported issues related to CMMP, especially the Email System and Mail Administration System, reply to the reporting users, and create and maintain knowledgebase documents for the team for reference in future for resolutions;
• Assist in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors;
• Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project;
• Monitor and report system usage and healthiness;
• Provide liaison and support to different stakeholders, and other B/Ds on the production setup and client rollout for CMMP;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic;
• Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support;
• Perform any work assigned by supervisor.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of IT system;
• Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in C# programming;
• Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in VSTO add-ins;
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in configuration and support of Microsoft Outlook 2019/2021/2024;
• Knowledge and experience in email related protocols, including S/MIME, ActiveSync, MAPI is highly preferred;
• Good command in written English is required;
• Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferred.
