Contract Administration of the Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS).
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide contractual advice to departments and contractors on the use of SOA-QPS;
• Handle contract administration tasks of SOA-QPS such as monitoring of submission of bidding information report, contractor performance report, etc.;
• Check on completeness and integrity of information in Quality Professional Services Information System (QPSIS) for SOA-QPS and provide general support / advice to QPSIS support team;
• Perform data analysis to assist the management to monitor the operation of SOA-QPS5 and to formulate enhancement measures; and
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Sound experience in data analysis using Excel spreadsheet and formula language; and
• Should possess good interpersonal skill.
