To provide on-going IT support to implementation and maintenance of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) to department users.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in preparing the customized configuration and installation of hardware and software of client devices such as PCs and notebook computers for ERKS implementation;
• To carry out various testing on ERKS and user support;
• To troubleshoot PC, LAN and other IT equipment;
• To support the migration of email system and the corresponding ERKS configuration in client devices;
• To prepare necessary documentations;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 1 years experience in similar position;
• Must have hands-on experience in PC and LAN support.
• Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Knowledge on ERKS, Lotus Notes and Outlook is advantageous.
• Candidates should be able and willing to communicate with users effectively with good attitude.
• Engaged staff may be required to work overtime for ad-hoc jobs.
