System and Desktop Support.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Installation and configuration of computer workstations, computer servers and computer networking equipment.
• Provide technical support and services for the maintenance and operation of IT systems.
• Provide desktop support services to users.
• Provide on-site / technical support for installation and implementation of new computer systems;
• Support monitoring of computer systems & servers, network equipments as well as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units;
• Provide logistic support (e.g. inventory keeping and recording, compiling and consolidating statistical returns etc);
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software, IT system and network equipment.
