Management and maintenance of 

1. HKeMobility - a mobile application and website providing route search and information on public transport, driving and walking modes, with dissemination of real-time information;
2. Public Transport Enquiry Service (PTES) - A public transport route searching service for HKeMobility app and website;
3. Pedestrian Walking Information System (PWIS) - A GIS system which includes walking network, pedestrian facilities and for other applications to search for point-to-point walking path; and
4. Providing assistance on TD open data plan implementation and technical support.
    

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Support Senior Engineer and Engineers for carrying out project management and quality control on planning, design, enhancement, development, operation and maintenance of HKeM app, HKeM web site, PTES, PWIS, Intelligent Road Network (IRN) packages data for public sector information for public access, open data plan implementation and Proof of Concept for IT applications, etc.;
• Provide IT support for system integration with other departments, public transport operators, car park operators, etc.;
• Carry out contractor / consultant management tasks on areas involving IT including preparing consultancy brief, commenting on deliverables, vetting contractors'/ consultants' design, monitor and resolving issues affecting progress and quality, etc.; and
• Carry out any other tasks on IT and GIS related matters in planning, design and implementation of other IT applications / systems as assigned.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
• Experience on IT application development and management;
• Experience in tender preparation and administration and vendor management;
• Experience in Tendering Procedures and IT procurement;
• Good communication skills; and
• Good in Chinese and English writing skills.
