To act as analyst programmer in the department system and other IT projects.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide system administration and management;
• To provide technical support, performance tuning and troubleshooting services;
• To make recommendation on the overall architectural design, development and deployment of the ICT;
• To coordinate among Technical Managers of all ICT operation systems on the overall design, development and implementation of the System;
• To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the delivered System;
• To managing of hardware, software, network device and inventory records;
• To work on changes deployment and participate in projects delivery and implementation;
• To work closely with end-users to identify risks and opportunities and serve as a bridge between end-users and technical staff;
• To provide Ad-hoc assignment and project management;
• To provide 2 level support on ICT helpdesk cases;
• To undertake any other duties as assigned.
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• At least 3 years experience in network infrastructure;
• At least 3 years experience in storage area network (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) infrastructure;
• At least 3 years Windows Server Administration and Network support; and
• At least 3 years experience in SQL programming.
