- To support systems and related hardware and software installation and configuration; 
- To resolve technical problems;
- To handle production incident timely;
- To apply patches to systems;
- To provide project post-implementation works;
- To support procurement activities;
- To provide first line support on a roster basis if necessary; and
- To provide other services when required.

- Knowledge in system support;
- Knowledge in troubleshooting;
- Experience in documentation;
- Experience in inventory checking;
- Experience in procurement is an advantage;
