This is a CSA position responsible for supporting and operating several centralised Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service and Social Media Text Analytics System, as well as migrating the Chatbot-as-a-Service to a new AI-enabled platform.  The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations and migration of the platforms.
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of GCIS
• Assist in the inventory management of hardware and software components for GCIS
• Monitor and track records for WAN connection services and maintenance services for upcoming renewals
• Coordinate with and oversee the GCIS contractor to prepare documentation deliverables
• Assist in the market research, preparation of procurement documents, and acceptance of new equipment and services for GCIS
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualization required
• Experience in contract administration required
• Knowledge and experience in preparation of procurement documents
• Knowledge and experience in verification of documentation deliverables of the contractors
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
• Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network and IT security is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in government procurement procedures preferred
• Knowledge and experience in inventory management preferred
