On-going support to the maintenance and enhancements of the PC LANs and Data Centre of the Computerised Social Security System II (CSSS-II)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in setting up online meetings and related equipment for hosting video conferences in the TMS-CSSS office;
• To perform technical support for CSSS-II PC LANs, user workstations, and office equipment;
• To liaise with counterparts and service contractors of the Government for ongoing maintenance and enhancement tasks related to PC LANs, user workstations, and office equipment;
• To assist in site preparation and network cabling connections for user offices and data centre relocation;
• Shall require to work in various user offices and data centre including Social Security Field Units and Centralised Units (within Hong Kong territories);
• To assist in routine maintenance tasks related to PC LANs, user workstations, and other office equipment;
• To provide support on preparation of the server/equipment inventory and cabling connections documentation for CSSS-II, for data centre relocation; and
• To provide support on verification of the cabling connections upon relocation of the servers/equipment, and verification test of the CSSS-II system.
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Higher diploma holder or above majoring in Information Technology (IT), or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant IT field is preferable
• Knowledge and/or experience in the control and operation of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server; and
• Experience in PC LAN support is required.
