Manage and supervise an internal project team and outsourced contractors to provide application support to the Composite Tax Return (CTR) System and other related taxation systems 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage and supervise an internal project team with system analysts and programmers, and outsourced contractors to provide technical support;
• To lead the project team and outsourced contractors to perform various system development and maintenance support tasks for the CTR System and other related taxation systems; 
• To lead the project team and outsourced contractors to implement various application enhancements including those for the extension of claim period of additional child allowance for newborns;
• To perform project management functions for the projects and systems; and
• To perform other duties requested by supervisors.
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity
• Have solid experience in application development and maintenance;
• Have solid experience in system analysis, design and application programming for the development and maintenance of web applications with Java, JavaScript and J2EE; and
• Have solid experience in implementing and supporting crucial systems; and
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
