IT System Maintenance Support and Enhancement

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Be responsible for project management for IT system operation, maintenance, and enhancement activities
• Lead a team of systems analysts and/or programmers to deliver ongoing maintenance support and implement system enhancements
• Review IT system design and specifications for change-request and new initiatives to ensure user requirements and government standards are met
• Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables and assist end users in the acceptance testing
• Provide IT advisory and technical support to end users, including preparation of technical proposals, solution plans and impact assessments
• Coordinate with end users and contractors on delivery of maintenance releases and patches
• Take up other IT system works as required
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• The candidate shall possess strong technical knowledge in all phases of the system maintenance cycle of IT system, including systems analysis for change requests, security risk assessment auditing, and ongoing support activities; shall have experience in managing maintenance projects, leading technical teams, and coordinating with vendors for system updates and support; and shall be proficient in spoken and written communication skills for liaising with end users, documenting changes, and presenting technical solutions clearly.
