Management of NRMM Emission Approval Information System, OLPO e-Service System, and a Database System to Facilitate Enforcement of Specified Process Licences of Power Plants for existing system; Maintain servers and provide IT support for Air Quality Management Division.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist in developing, establishing and maintaining the overall IT security strategy and roadmap including formulating and reviewing IT security policies, baselines, standards and directives, etc.;
•  To manage the SMAT in assisting Departmental IT Security Officers (DITSO) and Deputy DITSO in leading, monitoring and coordinating IT security matters;
• To assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing IT security measures to ensure all IT activities performed in accordance with the required IT security policies, guidelines, protocols and requirements;
• To plan, manage and monitor the progress of IT security projects (e.g. IT security compliance audit projects, security risk assessment and audit projects etc.) and implement measures and controls against cyber-attacks and data leakage;
• To assist in overseeing IT security threat, risk management activities, security compliance audits, disaster recovery and business continuity planning functions related to IT security;
•  To coordinate and arrange cyber and data security reviews on the IT systems;
• To attend to cyber and data security alerts and provide timely advice to project teams and users;
• To plan and arrange cyber and data security awareness trainings to users;
• To keep abreast of development and application of new IT technologies and best practices relating to cyber security and data security;
• To provide strategic advice on IT security matters to users;
• To coordinate and set up security management framework of departmental network and IT infrastructure;
• To support and advise on network related engineering work at existing and new offices from IT security perspectives;
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 12 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity
• Obtained at least one of the following certificates relating to IT security:
• Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) from China Information Technology Security Evaluation Centre (CNITSEC);
• Certified Information Security Member from CNITSEC (CISM-CNITSEC);
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC);
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA);
• Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA (CISM-ISACA).
• Obtained at least one of the following certificates relating to project management:
• Project Management Professional (PMP);
• Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2)
