System design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of IT systems and projects

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide programming, troubleshoot, deployment, system monitoring, maintenance and support for the existing backend systems; 
• To liaise with business users, conduct system analysis, data entry and design for any changes required to the existing backend systems; 
• To prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance of fixes and enhancement items; 
• To provide application support services such as liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems, generating management and operation reports, training and helpdesk support to  users; 
• To update system documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals etc.;
• To conduct system design, system enhancement, system interfacing among the EAMP and other systems; 
• To provide technical support, system integration, managing, maintaining, administering and deploying services for EAMP; 
• To assist the tendering of products / services necessary for the implementation;
• To monitor the performance of contractors;
• To ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 10 year experience in IT industry and at least 10 years of relevant experience
• 10-years of experience in development of web-based application using MVC/MVVM model and entity framework
• 10-years hands on experience in application development including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET, C#, React, MySQL, JSON, XML, Restful API, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Single Page Application and LINQ
• Knowledge and solid experience in systems design, business analysis, and programming
• Knowledge in Building Management System, Geographic Information System, LPWAN, IoT, Kafka, NGINX, Node-RED, Grafana, InfluxDB, Python and Java is an absolute advantage
• Knowledge and solid experience in the implementation of workflow systems
• Knowledge and solid experience in the system maintenance involving Web Services and systems interfacing
• ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is required.
• Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
• Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
