Enhancement, maintenance and support of IT application systems 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• System enhancement and upgrade projects;
• The delivery of all IT activities, including user requirements collection, system analysis and design, development and testing, quality assurance, system support and problem diagnosis in the system development and maintenance cycle as well as procurement of IT equipment and services;
• Assisting the supervisor in project management, contract administration and managing the outsourced services; and
• Perform other project related duties as designated by the supervisor.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 10 year experience in IT industry and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess solid experience in IT system maintenance and support;
• Possess IT application development/implementation experience and skills using J2EE and Oracle Database;
• Possess working experience in a business analyst role in IT projects, delivering user consultation and liaison/coordination with other support teams including service contractors;
• Experience in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is an advantage; and
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
