Technical design and system development

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Analyse user requirements for the new algorithm of the HSWW system and the monitoring panel;
• Conduct comprehensive system design to define the enhanced architecture, data processing algorithm, and integration mechanisms for incorporating regional Hong Kong Heat Index (HKHI) data;
• Lead the development for the new data processing program and monitoring panel;
• Closely monitor and review the results of all system integration tests, user acceptance tests (UAT), and operational readiness tests for the enhanced HSWW system;
• Carry out configuration and programming modification according to the security risk assessment and audit (SRAA) report;
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proficiency in application development using Node.js, PHP, MySQL, and Oracle Database on Linux platform;
• Proficiency in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Proficiency in developing AI-powered applications for data analysis and pattern detection;
• Proficiency in AI model training, fine-tuning, and performance evaluation;
• Proficiency in system integration, exceptional handling, unit test, reliability test;
• Experience in Apache/NGINX web server and Unix/Linux shell scripting;
• Experience in server setup, configuration, and optimization;
• Experience in version control tools such as Gitlab or GitHub;
• Knowledge of RESTful API, AJAX;
