Procurement, planning, design, testing and implementation of IT Projects;
 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To implement and provide support for IT projects including 
• (i) the Traffic Data Analytics System (TDAS), 
• (ii) the Cross-boundary Transport Trade System and 
• (iii) the Automation System for Checking and Reporting Differential Fare under $2 Scheme;
• To provide on-going maintenance and technical support for existing TD systems including Web Application, GCIS Implementation, and Database systems;
• To assist in procurement preparation and prepare technical requirements for IT hardware, software and services;
• To manage and coordinate with contractors and related stakeholders in supporting systems; 
• To carry out data verification, accuracy checking and system utilization monitoring for IT systems; and
• To perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by SE/SM2 or delegates from time to time.
  
  
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proven experience in the development, implementation and support of web-based applications or projects
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Bash Scripting, Docker compose, Kubernetes, Ubuntu, PostgresSQL.
• Knowledge and experience in Nginx, Spring boot, Kafka, Redis;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, MSSQL, Java, python, TypeScript, JavaScript(e.g. React, Vue.js) and etc.;
• Strong communication and English writing skills; 
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics and machine learning are advantageous;
