• Implementation, support and maintenance of IT application systems
• Administration and support of IT infrastructure on-premises and on private cloud

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Implementation of IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT security on-premises and on Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS);
• Support analysis & design, development of IT systems 
• Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of the projects;
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technical specifications for the IT systems;
• Perform on-going IT systems' maintenance and support;
• Support IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows and Linux Server administration, virtualisation, network, VPN and firewall related projects;
• Manage outsource vendors;
• Provide end-user IT support services including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation, setting up workstations and network equipment, and performing system maintenance work;
• Candidate may be required to work in non-office hours on need basis;
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Candidate shall have hands on experience in project management and application implementation;
• Relevant experience in IT application development, implementation and maintenance is essential;
• Solid experience in IT Infrastructure, including network, server and virtualisation technologies, is required;
• Experience in project implementation on private cloud and/or Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) is advantageous;
• Experience in implementation of on-premises Artificial Intelligence (AI) and website content management system project(s) is preferred;
• Customer and result oriented;
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Commitment and dedication to organisational goals;
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary;
• Good communication skills including oral and writing;
• Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English.
