System development and support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To support daily operation and system maintenance of a system for incident handling
• To support daily operation and system maintenance of a single sign-on tool
• To provide office automation support including migration planning of common OA software and formulation of standard configuration of GOA PCs
• To assist in various stages of the system development life cycle
• To prepare technical specifications for procurement of IT services and products
• To monitor the performance of outsourcing contractors for quality assurance
• To assist in other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid experience in system development lifecycle including system maintenance;
• Familiar with common office software e.g. Windows and Office; 
• Sound working experience in procurement of PC and IT services; and
• Good knowledge of government cloud service is an advantage
