Enhancement, maintenance and support of IT application systems

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in the delivery of all IT activities, including user requirements collection, system analysis and design, development and testing, quality assurance, system support and problem diagnosis in the system development and maintenance cycle as well as procurement of IT equipment and services;
• Assist the supervisor in project management, contract administration and managing the outsourced services; and
• Perform other project-related duties as designated by the supervisor.
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity
• Possess IT application development/implementation skills using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Javascript;
• Possess working experience in delivering user consultation and liaison/coordination with other support teams including service contractors;
• Possess experience in managing and supporting systems/services;
• Experience in procurement is desirable; and
•  Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
