System maintenance and implementation support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To assist supporting daily operation and system maintenance of a system for handling enquiries and complaints
• To assist supporting daily operation and system maintenance of a system for files sharing
• To assist supporting daily operation of a government messaging/chat application
• To troubleshoot production system problems and handle users queries
• To provide on-site support service
• To assist in other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
  
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in the field of IT, and 2 years' experience in similar position
• Solid experience in supporting government production systems;
• Practical experience in supporting applications using cloud and email notification services; and
• Experience in supporting systems using case management and document management products is an advantage.
