Webcasting support, Helpdesk support and Microsoft Windows 11 Project

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To roll out Microsoft Windows 11 PCs, to work out solutions to address incompatibility of systems with Windows 11, and to study features of new Windows edition to plan the roadmap of OS upgrade; 
• To assist in other IT related tasks, particularly on the support of Lotus Notes Mail System for normal mail users and mobile devices users. 
• To provide helpdesk / frontline support services to users;
• To manage a live webcasting system to cover live media events and on-demand videos; and
• To manage help desk services on general computer and A/V equipment matters;

Note:
Although the post does not call for shift duty, the recruit is required to work irregular hours on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, and may also be summoned to carry out emergency duties at odd hours on weekends and public holidays.
 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacit
• Experienced in rendering customer services and should be well versed with the operations of Windows operating system, Lotus Notes Mail System, mobile devices and networking. Furthermore, possessing knowledge of audio/video equipment is preferred.
