Provision of IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Coordinate with the contractor(s) and end users to enhance the efficiency and functionality of existing systems and provide technical advice on the requirements/specifications of IT systems, projects and initiatives to optimize and align with business operations of the Service and goals;
• Provide support in procurement, testing & commissioning, maintenance and stores management of IT equipment and facilities, including but not limited to writing specifications and deliverables, monitoring the continuity and performance of maintenance services, keeping proper storage of the IT equipment and softwares, etc.;
• Handle day-to-day IT-related technical issues, system administration and IT security to ensure the integrity, optimal performance and reliability of the IT systems and equipment as well as their compliance with relevant policies, regulations and guidelines;
• Provide technical support to setting up and upgrading the IT equipment, systems and infrastructure for business operations of the Service and development;
• Coordinate with contractor(s) to monitor the operation and performance of the IT systems and provide prompt resolutions to IT issues to ensure their smooth and proper running., such as liaise with the contractor(s) to identify and solve technical issues in/across systems, verify the deliverables and work from the contractor(s), vet the submissions from the contractor(s), etc. 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacit
• Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills; 
• Proficiency in keyboard input, Microsoft OS such as Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office software, such as MS Office and Acrobat etc.; and 
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
