On-going Support of the Computerised Social Security System II (CSSS-II)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• This officer will be responsible for providing on-going support to the maintenance and enhancements of the CSSS-II which is a mission critical system. The duties include:
• To perform problem diagnosis and program fixing;
• To develop programs for system enhancements;
• To conduct program testing, system testing;
• To provide support to user acceptance testing;
• To prepare and maintain program documentation;
• To prepare and maintain the CSSS-II batch job using IBM Workload Scheduler;
• To assist in the system design of computer applications;
• To assist in preparing project reports and specifications; and
• To perform on call support duty of CSSS-II batch functions.
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacit
• Experience in system development and implementation, preferably IT project of large-scale system implementation;
• Hands-on experience in Java Application Framework, J2EE and JAVA programming languages;
• Experience in Structured Query Language
