To provide technical advice and support to users, administering website and implementing IT projects

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Provide technical advice and departmental IT support to users
• Support, troubleshoot and assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure including workstation, notebook, etc
• Assist in the website administration, maintenance and support
• Any other duties which may be assigned for the provision of IT services 
   

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 0 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Outlook mail administration and technical support and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook operation
• Solid experience in website administration (WEA) and maintenance and good knowledge of HTML (HTM)
• Solid experience PC/LAN Support (PLS) and Windows operating systems (W10)
• Solid experience in client service and helpdesk support call handling

Priority will be given to candidates who possess the following requirement(s):
Good knowledge in network products (NET) including switches, routers, security appliances and network
management tools
