Enhancement and Maintenance of IT Infrastructure

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Be responsible for the support and enhancement of IT infrastructure
• Monitor the outsourced contractor on providing ongoing support services to the network infrastructure including Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN) and wireless LAN. 
• Collect and consolidate user requirements and turn them into technical specifications 
• Assist in the establishment of new IT infrastructure 
• Evaluate IT products and coordinate with product vendors to perform Proof-of-Concept (PoC)
• Perform any other IT related tasks assigned by the supervisor
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good knowledge of network technology and system monitoring and control
• Experience in network management and support
• Experience in vendor and contract management in a large organization
• Coordination with multiple parties effectively and independently
