System implementation, enhancement and maintenance support for various kinds of web, mobile apps, mini apps and webcasting system

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Monitor project progress and manage outsourced contractors for development and maintenance of applications / systems 
• Assist in design, implementation and testing for new applications and enhancements
• Provide technical and operational support, perform system administration work and handle user enquires
• Provide on-call support for urgent system issues
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Maintain system documentations in both Chinese and English languages
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid experience in web and mobile technologies, such as HTML, Javascript, Java, Objective C, Swift and
  Kotlin
• Solid experience in IT application design, development, maintenance and support
• Experienced in IT security
• Experienced in Linux system administration
• Experienced in managing outsourced IT projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Experienced in Javascript frameworks, such as Vue and React, is an advantage
• Experienced in webcasting system using OpenText Multimedia Management or equivalent is an advantage
• Experienced in developing public facing IT system is an advantage
• Experienced in SQL queries is an advantage
• Experienced in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an advantage
• Experienced in mini app / mini program is an advantage
