The project is for the implementation and maintenance of a digital identity system (the System) 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Manage system operations and coordinate with related government contractors on the operations and maintenance work for the Smart Platform;
• Oversee outsourcing teams to provide technical support on the day-to-day operation of the Smart Platform;
• Ensure operations and security controls comply with ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO/IEC 27701:2019;
• Monitor system performance including response time, alert messages, system utilisation, jobs results, interfaces status, etc.;
• Manage security alerts, coordinate vulnerability patching with contractors, and perform log analysis for health-checking;
• Coordinate and monitor the Disaster Recovery (DR) drill and incident response drill conducted by the contractors; 
• Support incident handling and issue resolution for round-the-clock running systems; 
• Perform duties at data centers across the territory as required; 
• Work outside normal office hours and shift duties
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Strong knowledge and solid working experience in system operations, maintenance and on-going support of mission-critical medium to large scale IT systems;
• Good understanding on system architecture and networking, governance, and information security management frameworks;
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 20000/27001/27701 is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge and experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), hardware security module (HSM), digital certificate and identity management technologies is required;
• Hands-on experience with load balancers, internet gateways, proxy services, Domain Name Services, backup services and virtualisation technologies;
• Experience in supporting mobile app backends and infrastructure migration is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills;
• Communicate using Putonghua is required; and
