To provide in-house application development, enhancement and maintenance

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide support services to answer enquiries from users on the operational use of IT facilities and systems;
• To advise, maintain, configure and monitor the departmental network, servers and infrastructure, and to perform regular preventive maintenance;
• To monitor and fine-tune the performance of application systems, networks and servers;
• To work with ICT and Contractors on diffident stages of the project for Implementation of assigned project: collect requirement, system analysis and design, procurement, data preparation and migration, UAT and system acceptance.
• To prepare and document user requirements, project documentation and progress reports, and to report against project milestones, highlighting potential risks or delays;
• To develop and maintain housekeeping jobs for security control, job accounting, system and data backup, and media management;
• To be able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime if required on other ICT related duties;
•  To provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary and upon the request 
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Working experience in related area;
• Experience in infrastructure implementation, operation and support;
• Experience in security solutions;
• Experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) and perimeter security operations (e.g., DMZ, firewall, VPN policy, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint encryption);
• Experience in proxy server administration, including policy management, configuration, and integration with antivirus / security solutions; and
• Experience in endpoint management and device management tools.
