System Analysis and Design and System Implementation and Integration

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• Assist in leading and monitoring the IT support team subordinates for on-going maintenance, development, testing and deployment of enhancements for IT systems
• Assist in handling user enquiry, collecting user requirements, preparing documentation, planning and coordinating the development and maintenance tasks
• Take part in all phases of IT projects including systems analysis and design, procurement and systems installation, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance, etc.
• Assist in project management, vendor management and quality management for IT projects and outsourcing services, including quality assurance of deliverables, progress monitoring, service acceptance, etc.
• Provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software and services
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management of ITMD 
• May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong
• May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Must have experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
• Must have experience in SSADM
• Must have experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) 
• Must have experience in ASP.NET programming highly desirable
• Must have work experience in IT Procurement
• Work experience in Vendor Management and project management are desirable
• Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
