IT Project support in UAT, project implementation and general IT Support

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To provide support in PC, LAN and Mobile to end users;
• To perform UAT Test in IT systems and assist in the implementation of projects;
• To perform housekeeping jobs including system health check, security patching, and maintenance of inventory records;
• To provide support for ad-hoc assignments and enhancement initiatives as required;
• To be able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime if required;
• To perform any other duties related to the above as assigned by the supervisor 
• Representative from time to time; and
• To provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary and upon the request
  
  
  
  
   

• Higher diploma holder or above majoring in Information Technology (IT), or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant IT field is preferable
• Experience in infrastructure or network administration will be an advantage;
• Experience in Linux system installation and administration will be an advantage.
