 To assist in management, system implementation and maintenance of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Assist in management of outsourced ICT projects
• Assist in system analysis, design and implementation in various ICT projects
• Work with business owners to establish a clear programme of activities
• Assist in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turning them into structural system specifications
• Prepare technical specifications for application, hardware equipment, software, and services
• Assist in design, development and implementation of applications and systems
• System development for web and mobile applications
• Assist in design of system infrastructure and network security measures

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Solid experience in contractor management
• Solid experience in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turn them into structural system specifications
• Solid experience in system development and programming
• Solid experience in web application development and programming
• Knowledge of network security, cloud-computing, mobile application and micro-service technologies and architecture
• Hands-on experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android/HarmonyOS)
• Experience in AI/ML development is an advantage
