To serve as the administrator responsible for the management, operation, and ongoing enhancement of the departmental online websites and mobile applications, including public websites, intranet, mobile applications, and other digital communication channels.

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To lead the web and mobile applications maintenance team in delivering day-to-day support and enhancement activities;
• To maintain, monitor, update, assure the quality of departmental online websites and mobile applications;
• To administer the e-submission platform and web content management system, and to coordinate web/apps maintenance tasks with maintenance team;
• To participate in Website and Mobile Apps implementation projects, and to collect user and data conversion requirements;
• To design and produce graphic and visual assets for use across departmental websites and mobile applications;
• To develop ad-hoc program applications to support operational and service-related IT needs;
• To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors, including documentation and system components, and to plan and conduct system and acceptance test;
• To prepare operational documentation, user manuals, and related technical guides;
• To perform any other duties related to the above as assigned by the supervisor or the Representative from time to time; and
• To provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary and upon the request of the  Representative.
  
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 7 years of experience in similar capacity
• Practical experience in web-based and Java programming
• Technical knowledge in mobile development is an advantage
• Hand-on experience on open source tools (Eclipse, Jenkins, Apache JMeter, Gitea) is an advantage
• Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual
• Good communication (verbal and written) and strong inter-personal skills
