This is a position responsible for the IT operational management of the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS), which provides a reliable application hosting infrastructure

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To oversee the IT operation management for CIS
• To supervise the incident and event management in CIS
• To supervise the support of CIS monitoring and alert system
• To supervise the ongoing upgrades and enhancements of CIS infrastructure
• To support technical studies and proof-of-concept exercises for adoption of new technologies in CIS
• To monitor work performance and project deliverables of outsourced contractors
• To carry out other project related duties as designated by Senior Systems Manager
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 13 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 9 years of experience in similar capacity
• Have experience in IT operation management
• Have experience in Storage Area Network
• Have experience in Server Virtualisation Technology
• Have experience in conducting quality assurance on project deliverables
• Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required
