Enhancement of Application Virtual Infrastructure (VIF)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To plan and control all phases of computer projects including feasibility and requirement study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance
• To plan, manage and provide System Maintenance and Support on various application systems, in particular, Electronic Recordkeeping Systems (ERKS), Departmental Intranet, Visitor Registration System (VRS), Application Virtual Infrastructure (VIF) and Conferencing Facility Booking System (CFBS), etc. 
• To plan, manage and migrate the OpenText platform ERKS system to Central ERKS
• To liaise with contractors, product vendors, supporting teams of other Government departments and users on Systems Analysis and Design, System Installation and Integration, and System Maintenance and Support
• To lead, advise and support users on elicitation and confirmation of user requirements, and user acceptance test
• To lead and monitor performance of subordinates

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 11 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity
• Proven relevant experience in project implementation, and systems maintenance and support
• Solid experience in ERKS implementation, and knowledge on OpenText are preferred.
