Manage the development, implementation, maintenance and procurement for IT applications

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

• To manage and monitor the development, implementation, maintenance and procurement for IT applications; 
• To provide technical advice on IT technologies and applications, especially on new IT initiatives; 
• To coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and contractors on project activities.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good communication skill, both written and verbal in Chinese and English, preference will be given to those good at both.
• Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets;
• Solid hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining large-scale computer systems;
• At least 3 years' experience in project management of IT system implementation using Oracle RDBMS technology in recent 4 years;
• Proven experience in managing projects with Java-based application development.
• Solid understanding and experience in managing projects that utilise Oracle WebLogic and Apache Tomcat servers.
• Familiar with function testing and interface testing, proficient in using various testing tools;
• Proficient in one or more of the following areas and must be in a leading role:
  - PRINCE Project Management; 
  - Web/Oracle Application Development; 
  - Mobile Application Development;
• Criminal record check is required.
