To implement and provide system support to crime related application system and mobile wireless data system

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To co-ordinate the implementation of new initiatives from different crime bureaux
• To perform systems analysis & design, program development, implementation and integration, various kinds of testing, installation, infrastructure design and technical support to various projects and systems throughout the SDLC 
• To provide on-call support to tackle urgent system and application incidents for the supported systems
• To liaise with service contractors to resolve issues in different stages of the projects
• To provide application support to existing crime related applications including OSP
• To perform procurement of hardware, software and services
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity 
• The candidate is required to participate in supporting existing systems and implementing new systems or enhancements, procurement of hardware and software, coordinate with users, vendors and other support teams on project activities. 
• The candidate is required to provide on-call support service outside office hours.
