Procurement and System Support for the Information Technology Branch (ITB)

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To perform hardware, software and maintenance services procurement and provide system support.
• To identify and acquire IT services.
• To conduct job-related research into the specification of computing equipment and IT services required by
  users.
• To liaise with users and vendors to resolve the issues relating to software/hardware installation,
  deployment of IT services and maintenance.
• To maintain the inventory record and maintenance schedule.
• To provide support to new traffic project implementation
• To provide system support to existing IT systems or other general duties assigned by supervisor
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity 
• Familiar with procurement practices and procedures. Having such work experience is an advantage.
• Possessing sound knowledge on various hardware and software.
• Having work experience in participating IT projects.
• With good command of written English and communication skill.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with users and vendors for supporting procurement activities.
