The iAM Smart Platform has been launched in December 2020. It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Provide operation support on iAM Smart kiosk services;
• Liaise and coordinate with different parties and contractors to facilitate the kiosk operation;
• Conduct site visits, on-site support and inspection of kiosks;
• Coordinate the leasing and property management matters of venues deployed with kiosks;
• Oversee the hardware installation, and conduct software installation of kiosks;
• Configure the router of kiosks in high availability mode;
• Coordinate incident management tasks on the operation of kiosk including technical troubleshooting with contractors;
• Assist in monitoring the contractors' performance, including the service deliverables;
• Prepare management update reports;
• Prepare statistics reports 
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity 
• Experience in handling leasing and property management matters;
• Have solid experience in managing operation of self-service kiosks;
• Have solid experience in the installation and maintenance of self-service kiosks;
• Have solid experience in providing on-site IT support services;
• Be familiar with Windows 10 OS and Android devices;
• Speak fluent Cantonese and good command of English and Chinese; and
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
