Provide IT Infrastructure Support for the Department, maintaining and enhancing existing systems, and assisting with the implementation of new project. Responsibilities include technical support for infrastructure systems, creating and updating technical documentation, and collaborating on projects

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Proficient in Windows OS administration and security management.
• Proficient in Active Directory (AD) management and knowledge in the use of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
• Experience in batch scripting.
• Experience in managing storage system.
• Experience in application deployment on the Windows platform using scripts.
• Knowledge and experience in system migration would be an advantage
   
  
  
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity 
• The proposed staff must have working experience in providing on-site support services to customer
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure; and
• Previous experience in deployment and support of PC related H/W & S/W.
