To provide the daily IT operations and administrative operations of IT facilities and equipment to the offices

 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• Provide the daily administrative operations of IT hardware, software, equipment and facilities for the offices
  Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and upgrades
• Provide network infrastructure support to the offices
• Support the IT set up for meetings and events
• Update and maintain OASES website via content management system
• Facilitate mobile application development projects, including coordination with developers, testing, deployment, and user support
• Support procurement and storage of IT hardware, software and equipment for the offices
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software and equipment
   

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
  Relevant experience in administration of IT facilities and equipment
• Relevant experience in procurement and store of IT hardware, software and equipment
