Full implementation of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) 

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings: 

• To provide technical support in the API module for ERKS
• To perform server-side upgrade, configuration and patching for ERKS
• To develop test cases and conduct UAT for the ERKS
• To assist in reviewing project deliverables
• To maintain and support ERKS encryption module
• To provide administrative and technical support for the ERKS
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Degree holder in Computer Science, equivalent or above;
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in implementation, containerisation and management of applications and pods in CaaS or cloud computing environment
• Experience in preparing or managing scripts for container deployment, task automation and troubleshooting
• Experience in applying Unix/Linux Shell Scripting for task automation and environment customisation
• Strong knowledge of client software deployment tools (such as ZenWorks) as well as proven experience in deploying client software packages in organisation with more than 200 users
• Experience in using MySQL or Oracle to validate and manipulate the data and format in Excel spreadsheet
• Experience in supporting email client such as Notes or Outlook
• Experience in implementation of ERKS using Azeus Business Components or Convene Records
• Priority will be given to candidate who is willing to learn and proactive, possesses strong analytical, problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills
