- Revamp of Cemeteries and Crematoria Service (CCCS)
- To revamp the existing aged CCCS with latest technology to support the One-stop Platform through CCSP and implement more auto-approval features in operation to reduce department staff's manual effort in processing related applications and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Artificial intelligence(AI) answer engine and search tool
- To use natural language processing, data from department, and AI technology to give internal staff clear, accurate, and well-sourced answers to complex questions, providing concise response
