The project involves comprehensive support and management of a multi-tier web-based system. It includes tasks such as project management collaboration, overseeing outsourced contractors, continuous system maintenance, application support, data conversion, procurement of services, hardware and software, as well as involvement in various levels of testing including system, integration, user acceptance, and load testing. Additionally, the project includes the preparation of detailed test specifications and system documentation. The role also requires flexibility and readiness to tackle a variety of additional tasks as directed by the supervisor to support project success.
